Meet Our Leadership Team

Miss Hailie has been working in the early childhood industry since the age of 18.  As a proud Wiradjuri-Gamilaroi woman she began in the Early Childhood Sector with an Indigenous traineeship completing her Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. By 2020, she had commenced her Diploma and after a short break, she returned with a clear passion for the industry and a strong desire to continue growing as an educator.

Throughout her journey, Miss Hailie has embraced the changes in early education, from paper-based programming to online systems, and values the ongoing learning that comes both from working with children and developing educational programs. She is hoping to boost her knowledge with the support of Kids & Co. Educational Academy.

She has a strong passion for sensory-based learning and encourages children—and fellow educators—to explore, engage, and give new experiences a go. Miss Hailie brings warmth and a breath of fresh air to the environment and looks forward to building meaningful connections with many more children and families along the way.

 Miss Sieni began her journey in the Early Childhood sector in 2022 and has quickly developed a strong passion for supporting children’s learning, growth, and wellbeing. 

Having recently completed her Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, she continues to build her knowledge and skills within the industry.

Miss Sieni is dedicated to creating meaningful relationships with children and families while fostering a warm, safe, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to thrive. She enjoys planning engaging, play-based learning experiences that inspire creativity, confidence, independence, and social development.

As part of the Kids & Co team, Miss Sieni is passionate about supporting each child’s unique learning journey and celebrating the important milestones they achieve along the way. She finds great joy in watching children grow in confidence, develop friendships, and discover new skills every day.

Miss Cheryl brings over 21 years of experience in the Early Childhood sector, beginning her career in Southern NSW while completing her Certificate III. After relocating to sunny Queensland, she continued to expand her knowledge and qualifications, achieving her Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.

Miss Cheryl has built a strong foundation of experience across her career and is currently working towards a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood. She aspires to become an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT), with a passion for supporting and shaping young minds during their most important developmental years.

She focuses on fostering each child’s confidence, independence, and self-awareness within a safe, nurturing environment, working closely alongside the Kids & Co team.

Miss Cheryl’s favourite part of her role is witnessing the joy and pride children feel when they achieve something they once found challenging—and bringing stories to life with her signature silly voices.

Miss Ainsley has worked in the Early Childhood sector for three years. I am passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a safe, caring, and encouraging environment where every child feels valued and supported.

She enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences that encourage children to explore, build confidence, and develop important skills through play and everyday interactions.

 Miss Ainsley has a strong passion for advancing her career in Early Childhood Education. She has recently stepped into a Lead Educator role, where she continues to develop her skills while studying her Diploma of Early Childhood. Supported by her colleagues, Miss Ainsley is dedicated to growing her knowledge and experience as she works towards building a lifelong career in early childhood education. 

 Miss Jian is a Diploma-qualified educator who has been working in Early Childhood Education since 2018. She is passionate about creating a warm, nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued, and supported. Miss Jian enjoys building strong relationships with children and families, and takes pride in guiding children as they explore and learn about the world around them.

Miss Jian speaks Mandarin, allowing her to support children and families from diverse cultural backgrounds and help create an inclusive learning environment. She is also currently studying her Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, further developing her knowledge and skills. With her gentle, patient, and caring nature, Miss Jian fosters meaningful and trusting connections with every child in her care.

 Miss Ophelia brings over 12 years of teaching experience from Ghana, where she worked passionately as a teacher before relocating to Australia with her family. Since moving to Australia, she has spent the past two years working in the childcare sector after completing her Certificate III at TAFE Southbank.

Miss Ophelia believes that every child is unique and has the potential to become whoever they aspire to be. She enjoys engaging children in a variety of activities that spark their interests, encourage creativity, and help bring out the best in them. Her love for singing and reading allows her to support children’s communication and language development in a fun and nurturing environment.

 Miss Amy is originally from Nepal and has five years of experience working in a Montessori kindergarten setting. She has developed strong skills in supporting children’s learning, creativity, and social development within a nurturing and engaging environment. Miss Amy is passionate about creating positive learning experiences that help children grow with confidence and independence. She is also multilingual and speaks Nepali and Filipino, allowing her to connect with children and families from diverse cultural backgrounds. 

Miss Amy has her Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and is excited to be part of the Kids & Co team, where she looks forward to growing professionally and expanding her knowledge of early childhood education and practices. She is passionate about working with children and helping them feel safe, confident, and engaged as they learn through play and everyday experiences.

In her free time, Miss Amy enjoys reading books and listening to music, which helps her relax and continue exploring new ideas and perspectives. She is a caring, patient, and positive educator who values teamwork, open communication, and building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

 Miss Sujana completed her Certificate III in Early Childhood in 2017. Since then, she has worked part-time in the childcare sector, gaining valuable experience supporting children of various ages in their learning, growth, and development.

Originally from India, Miss Sujana is multilingual, fluently speaking Hindi, Bangla, Nepali in addition to English, which helps her build strong relationships with children and families from a variety of backgrounds. 

Miss Sujana is passionate about working with children and is committed to creating a safe, caring, and positive environment where they can thrive. Through her experience, she has developed strong communication, teamwork, and caregiving skills, and she enjoys building meaningful relationships with both children and families. She is a patient, reliable, and dedicated educator who strives to provide high-quality care and support for every child in her care.

Miss Julia has built a strong foundation of experience in Early Childhood Education through her passionate work as a kindergarten teacher in Brazil. She is excited to continue growing her knowledge and skills with the support of the Kids & Co. Educational Academy while currently studying her Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.

Miss Julia speaks Portuguese and enjoys sharing her language and culture with the children, families, and educators around her. She is passionate about creating meaningful connections and supporting children in a warm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
